"We first contacted them about a few months ago. They came out and set some traps and we never really got anything. So we went ahead with the second plan which cost us about $1000 to get stuff put up all over the house, but we still have critters. So, now they have done the last thing that they said that they could do. It is still covered because they said that it would guarantee the price that we agreed for a year. The price for putting up flashing in between the roof and the siding of the house is $1100. They have been pretty responsive except for once when they didn't come for a couple of days when I contacted them. They are punctual, as they come when they say that they are going to come. Most of the guys have been pretty professional. I have to wait and see as to how it turns out. I would continue to use their services in the future too."

"Overall, it went well. RoofMD worked with my insurance company to get the best results. The work was scheduled and some quickly. There were a few small problems that happened (exposed nail heads, vent pipes knocked loose). These shouldn't have happened but they did. However, they corrected the problems immediately when brought to their attention. Even 2 years after the work was done, I had a section of ridge caps come off due to poor fastening by the workers. RoofMD sent a crew out the next day to repair the roof. A+customer service."
