Its owner and his assistant installed additional cellulose insulation in the attic area (the floor) of our one story Condo unit. The results have been spectacular in reducing the loss of air conditioning into the attic area. Our thermostat is set at 78 degrees around the clock and the internal ceiling temperature is not higher than 79 degrees anywhere in the unit. I haven't checked to see if the company has changed it web site, which makes it appear that it is only in the pest control business. It is a terrific installer of insulation and we would reccommend it to any person needing that type of help."

"Corey knows his stuff, Period. Specializing in not only pest control both inside and outside. But I have I seen this guy set traps that go off within 2-3 minutes, sometimes even 2 mouse per trap. He will then reset the traps and to almost immediately go off again until all of them were gone! "So I had a family of Raccoons living in my attic. I called Cimex to come out and assess the situation. Jason showed up the follow afternoon as scheduled and was on time. He set up several traps and figured out they were getting in the attic. He posted eviction notices near their access points to my attic, he gave them a 24 hour notice. During this same trip he went into the attic to check for any damage they may have cause and he fogged the entire attic with a rodent deterrent/ sanitizer. The following day he was able to trap one of them and relocate it. If there were others up there they decided that Jason was a pro and did as he asked and vacated the premises. Jason made another trip out a few days later to look up in the attic to make sure they were gone, he used a scope camera to check the areas that he could not fit in. We are coon free, the entry points have been closed and sealed. If you have a rodent problem Jason at Cimex is the man to call."
