"You can always spot a roof that David Keefe has done. He will give you a beautiful quality roof that you will not have to worry about. Along with the traditional hip roof I also had two flat roofs that needed repair and he was the only one who quoted "torch applied bitumen" vs cold application. Heat is essential in a flat roof replacement to prevent leaks. He provides a generous amount of plywood and wood in his estimate; most companies short you and then add on the cost after the job. He and his crew who are on his payroll (no subs) take pride in delivering the best. This is an honest reliable company that never made me feel anxious or worried about the job they were doing. Very well. The damage to the roof was more than anticipated. Once this was discovered, Greg stopped the work in progress and reported the state of affairs to us. Greg adjusted his schedule while we got a roofing repair estimate. The wait time I got for roofing support was on the order of weeks, not days. This is long to be waiting with an exposed roof during the summer in Florida. Greg set us up with a roofer who could do the repair in days after discovering my finding. The repair has been tested now by almost a month of Florida rains and appears to be good, I would definitely use Affordable Screening and Aluminum Repairs, Inc. again.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
