When adding a new bathroom to a very old building, he quickly identified a major plumbing challenge that required new pipes in the crawl space. His assessment, estimate, and scope of work were accurate from the start. In addition to building the new bathroom, Dan and his crew renovated an existing bathroom, kitchen, rebuilt stairs, closets and installed LVP and Pergo flooring in several rooms.
