He has an infectious can-do attitude that made any problem we encountered renovating our 1800's kitchen seem like a breeze to overcome. He's quick with communication, very reliable, and just an overall fun guy to be around. "Thiago is a really friendly guy, he is outgoing and no matter what he will always get the job finished. He did a job in my kitchen and it came out wonderful, my wall had a lump from bad plaster worker but with thiago skills he was able to hide with the new cabinets. Amazing worker/person 10/10. May god bless him as he blessed me with his hardwork."

"We hired Ocean Break Remodel to finish our small basement (~225 sq ft). Peter and his crew were great to work with and in addition to doing high quality work, they also finished on schedule and within budget. I am very glad we chose to work with them and would highly recommend them."

"Truly one of the best experiences we have ever had with home handyman services. Scott came by and scoped out the job expertly and listening carefully to our needs. He is amazingly knowledgeable and offered wonderful suggestions about our overall needs as well as the specific job we contacted him about. His colleague, Matt, followed up and actually did the work. He is a remarkable technician, understanding exactly what we needed (in this case cabinet remodeling and replacement) and followed up ensuring that the work was precise and not only met our requirements but also ended up looing better than we had expected. He is meticulous in his work, but also highly sensitive to ensuring that everything he does leaves the area cleaner than when he began. He gave us excellent suggestions on other work we were exploring. Scott and Matt are really wonderful people. I followed up with Scott with questions, and he said we are his customer now -- feels like being part of his family!"

"I had two bathrooms completely gutted and remodeled, new windows installed with new interior and exterior trim throughout the house, and a chimney removed. The work was beautifully done. The finished bathrooms and window installations were amazing. The contractor was always quick to respond to texts and calls whenever I had questions. He also gave me a lot of valuable advice and ideas that helped make the project go smoothly. The overall experience and outcome exceeded my expectations."

""The Avakyan brothers exceeded all my expectations with every single renovation in my home. Their meticulous work, spanning a total kitchen makeover, wood flooring, recessed lighting throughout and replacement of windows and doors, demonstrated an incredible attention to detail—truly as if they were remodeling their own house! "Highly recommend! I recently hired Doherty Construction for a major renovation project at my rental property and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dan stood out because of his knowledge, honesty, and fair pricing. When adding a new bathroom to a very old building, he quickly identified a major plumbing challenge that required new pipes in the crawl space. His assessment, estimate, and scope of work were accurate from the start. In addition to building the new bathroom, Dan and his crew renovated an existing bathroom, kitchen, rebuilt stairs, closets and installed LVP and Pergo flooring in several rooms. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. Dan was professional, responsive, and great to work with throughout the project. He was especially helpful in brainstorming solutions and navigating the inevitable surprises that come with renovating an older property. The project was completed on time, and I would absolutely hire them again!"
