"Excellent-why? After requesting a quote on Angie's List I received a return call within minutes. Brandon scheduled me for a 1 hour slot from the time of the call. Josh and Q arrived early (can you believe it?). They went through every irrigation zone and identified the issues. They showed which sprinkler heads had issues.Some had to have the angle readjusted, some were covered with dirt and landscaping and 3 heads needed to be replaced. Very pleased with their professionalism and can do attitude. I'll be calling them in the future and telling all of our neighbors about their services."

You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. Terry & his crew mitigated a LOT of damage for us, replacing subfloor & flooring, a few walls, cabinets & appliances in the kitchen, and opening up a tiny kitchen into a dining room & creating a pantry for it. They were realistic about costs and the original estimate only increased when I requested additional work. The crews were timely and reliable, with clean and professional language (I was never afraid/concerned what my children might hear while they were there), and they were respectful of the rest of the property. "Mr. tolbert was always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his job every aspect of his job. I liked working with him because he gave his prices upfront, his prices did not change at the end, of the work. The work was very professionally done. I have had no leaks no problems of any kind since. I also forgot to mention that a pipe burst inside the wall in the guest bathroom shower there was a leak. He put a couple of holes in the sheet rock took out the old copper piping put in new fixed up the sheet rock and gave me an excuse to paint the inside of the guest closet orange. I am very very happy with the work that Mr. Tolbert provides. I myself am a New Yorker new to the south and I like things done in a particular manner. Mr. Tolbert is very qualified. Richard was very knowledgeable when ask questions about how the schedule would work and explained to my wife each and every step that it would take with such an undertaking of this project. He was able to work with her and help with all the selections of cabinet designs as well as picking counter tops and plumbing fixtures. All the subs he brought in were very professional and all phases of our project was done in a timely manor. With times we live in now nobody really wants strangers in their homes. But Starr Services abided by all the restrictions we have and we’re in and out in the time frame we were given. I would recommend anyone interested in a remodel project to give them a call.
