"After researching several different companies, and comparing services and quotes, we settled on Dog Guard. The business owner, Heather, was very accommodating and spent valuable time explaining everything to us. From the time we made our initial inquiry, she had us scheduled for an at home consultation, and installation within 4 days. I felt she simplified what to expect from the installation and dog training, and didn't upsale anything not needed. Since installation, she continues to stay in touch and is always responsive when we reach out to her. Very happy with our choice."

"Overall, 4.5 stars. There was a great deal of time between the contract signing (early May) and the actual installation (early August) which was likely due to external uncontrollable conditions. The communication with the office was fine, but I had to be proactive and call. Promised calls back didn't really happen, but the staff was friendly and able to answer almost all questions immediately. The install crew was two guys who were respectful and responsive when I had a question/concern. There is apparently some disconnect between the sales team and the install team as what was described to me during the sales pitch was not what actually occurred (mostly, the sales guy told me that they would use the same post holes as the old rotting fence. The install team explained why that was not a good idea.) The job took 1.5 days which was about what I expected. The leftover dirt from the new holes was spread out around the posts, which made some cleanup for us as the clay soil here will not just subside/fade easily and will kill grass if left on top, but the install crew were upfront about that, though the sales guy obviously didn't discuss that with me. I would hire this company again. They were not the most expensive estimate, but they were not the cheapest either. I'm pleased with the end product, the install crew clearly takes pride in their work."

"It looked great. It looks beautiful. It came out real nice. They were excellent and showed up a month early. I was so happy, I cooked them lunch on the grill while they were here. Everything was excellent. Their customer service and communication was great. They let you know the date and when they're going to be there. They were fast. They had a good team of guys to pressure wash and then stain the fence. They use my fence now as a show model to potential customers. They use a special cleaner that they spray on first and then they pressure wash the fence, so all the dirt and debris gets off it. Then the fence takes the stain better. It should last like five or six years. That was one of the deciding factors for me. They had a better system to do it."

"I bought the deal - $300 for 8 hours of yard work.  That really isn't a lot of time.  I ended up paying them another 375 for additional time AND they only got to my front yard.  Now, I have a large lot, but I just want buyers to understand that 8 hours does not accomplish very much.  What they did, was really good work. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards.  Just plan on 8 hours for every .25 acre. <br />"

"The entire job went wonderfully. The carpenters were great guys and extremely hard working. They jacked up and supported the roof over the front porch and did a complete tear off of the front porch down to the foundation and then rebuilt the entire front porch in only two and a half days. They did excellent work with precisely cut mitered corners, routered edges, and many touches above and beyond a standard rebuild not to mention installing a glass block window below the porch and all without disturbing any of the plants my wife had planted all the way around the porch! Before they left they did a beautiful job of cleaning up. We could not be happier with every aspect of the job and it looks much better than the original. Everyone I had contact with at A+ were nice and polite people, this company is a pleasure to work with."

"We were able to come to terms on 3 bathroom painting projects.   Overall Dave is very responsive and punctual.  He definitely shows up when he says he will and that goes a long way.  Finish on paint is ok, but not the best.   I think that his dry wall work is very good and prep is pretty good.   Overall contractor I would give a good rating or a B.  Definitely not as bad as some of the contractors we have utilized so maybe with the market so busy he would be acceptable and does decent work for the price.   He definitely finishes his projects as well.   Overall B experience."
