"Current tankless water heater went down. Called and had a technician at my home within an hour. Technician quickly diagnosed issue. Based on the age of the unit I decided to upgrade to a new unit instead of repairing the old one. New unit was installed the following day. Professional and knowledgeable technician. Fast, friendly, quality service. I’d use them again in a heartbeat."

"Exceeded my expectations and more. Jim was very responsive, understanding and accommodating. Replaced my tankless water heater within 48hrs of submitting my request on Angie’s. Outstanding value and friendly service. Will continue to use Water Heater Pros for maintenance of my new water heater."

"Cole came out and checked out my hot water heater issue and went over some options with me. I decided to wait to do any work - they're just making noises but probably not going to have any catastrophic failure anytime soon. I appreciated his level of knowledge, honesty, and recommendations. Also, they didn't charge any fees for the visit! Amazing. When it comes time to replace my hot water heaters, I plan on calling Tim at Plumbing and Drain Innovations. Will probably go tankless at that time. Thanks guys!!"

"The company Affinity was wonderful. This is the second time we have had the Navien tankless hot water heater repaired. The first time it caused massive damage to the bedroom below. I pleaded with Trendmaker to put the hot water heater on the ground floor. But they stood firm. So we had the tankless heater put in in an effort to avoid just the trouble we experienced. Affinity fixed the heater when it froze during the recent freeze. It is not Affinity's fault but the parts are expensive so the heater is much more expensive to maintain than an ordinary hot water tank that SHOULD be on the ground floor. So I give an A to Affinity for great service and an F to tankless Hot Water Heaters and to Trendmaker for being so stubborn about putting a water tank in the attic."

"There was a leak from my water heater. I had an appointment the next day. The technician was on time and quickly located and repaired the leak. Excellent service."

"Emanuel was great professional. Very mindful of the house and his equipment. They installed a tankless water heater replacing my 2, 40 gal. tank water heaters in my attic. Pricing was reasonable, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. They did it in a very acceptable time. Explained and answered all my questions with no problems. Left every thing clean! I would definitely hire them again for my next plumbing job."

Usually, the two most important questions you want to be answered are? What?s wrong? ?And? How much is it going to cost? At Luke's Plumbing, we don?t have a problem giving you a price over the phone. Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. One of the highest numbers of complaints to consumer protection agency is for home improvement and service companies.. Plumbing license: MPL 37466. A/C license: TACLB 53102E. "Came out on a Sunday and charged a really reasonable fee. I had a problem with tankless hot water heaters and the person they sent was a specialist in that area - even coming out quickly on a Sunday. All fixed and clear less than five hours after I first started trying to find somebody to solve my problem."

"Dennis with PDI did an inspection of our existing water heater and then replaced it with a new system. He did good work and was helpful with all of his recommendations. I would use PDI in the future and would recommend them to others."

"I cannot praise this company enough. The cost was a little higher than I anticipated, but I think it was well worth it. We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future. He then looked at a couple of other issues for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily "taken us for a ride" on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!). THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. He then sent someone else out to take a look at what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!"
