"He did not have the parts needed to complete the repair. I paid $140 down and will pay another $140 when the parts come in to be installed. There are several parts needed and the labor is also figured into the total cost. I'm saving about $100.00 by not buying a new unit. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. "The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

"Conrad has a great wealth of carpenter experience and skill which saved us money in the long run. He rebuilt our back door frame and installed a custom size interior door and security door. He also repaired water damage on the exterior panels and trim in front of the house. He repaired and reframed the front door frame. He installed the interior door so it hung straight and had no gaps as it previously did. He installed a new front security door. We were pleased with the end results and more than satified with his work. He is very concientious about doing a good and cleaning the work area. Strongly recommend this company."
