"My front and side windows were very drafty as the wind comes from the southwest and blows down the soffits. My wife wanted to replace the windows which would have been very expensive. When USA Insulation installed the additional insulation to the entire first floor of my 1-1/2 story house, we noticed a big difference in the first 3 days. The house is much quieter from outside noise, there is no drafts in the window frames, and the furnace isn't kicking on every half hour. We have a pellet stove insert in the living room and haven't had to light it in the past week and the outside temperatures have been in the mid-thirties. I'm saving money on propane and pellet fuel. The crew that installed the insulation came to my house on time. They were very courteous and polite. They did a full house walk-through inspection and explained every thing they needed to do. They worked together as a team and finished the job in less time than I expected. They cleaned up before they left and you'd never guess what was done. I don't normally do reviews or surveys but I had to comment on this. I highly recommend USA Insulation and have already told my friends and family about this excellent work."

"They did a whole rebuild in one day , I had 4to 7ft of blow foam On each wall and ceiling of my attic they tore it out and put a whole New roof plus ventilation in a day! I was so impressed they were kind they even patched where my roof was leaking since my apt was a week or so out. I worked with Micheal Benaquist who was absolutely phenomenal. He made me feel safe and secure and was knowledgeable on any questions I asked. From financial options to helping me understand the roofing materials. I would recommend them to anyone. They are worth the extra few bucks!!!"

"They weren't too bad but I think they could have done a better job. They did a couple of different jobs. I own rental property but all the 3 buildings are on the same piece of property where I live at. So far it seems they've done the trick as far as solving problems like pipes freezing out, that kind of stuff. Unfortunately my house itself can't be insulated any more than it already is but what I was trying to get at, like trying to get rid of dross and making sure that doors seal up well, things like that, I think they could have done a little bit better. If their prices are as reasonable as right now, I'd probably use them again. They could have tried harder to insulate my apartment. There are places they could have done it because we had a section of the house redone. Our kitchen was remodeled and they could have done it but they didn't. They could have been more attentive to detail. My house is not a new house but its also not a real old house either, it was built in the 40's so something needed to be looked at to make sure that the draft was kept out not just from the windows and walls that were insulated but also the door, the door jambs, making sure the door fits tight and all that kind of thing."

"The company was very professional and did a good job for us. They are not cheap, but did offer a discount for a combo job for both gutters and insulation. Their crew was meticulous and did a very good job with clean-up after the work was completed."

"They did a goof job on the roof, no problems so far. But they were fairly expensive, the salesman did say they were not the cheapest but not most expensive. Our problem was the entire attic, which is in our garage, is filled with our collectibles and other things. the salesman came up there and looked at the are, and never told us we should cover it and painters never covered our things. Now everything up there is covered in shards of wood and everything is a huge mess. Everything should have been covered in our attic, and it wasn't. The same problem in the garage, it was a big mess too. I just happen to have a lot of stuff, if they would have just told me to go through and cover the things i was worried about I would have happily done so, I had no idea the things would fall through the cracks the way they did. They also made a big deal about a big magnetic machine that would pick up all nails after the job. We are still finding nails and we even got a flat tire months later from one of them. Wish I had saw something sooner, I'm sure they called and asked if everything was alright but I did not go up to the attic right away. I regret that I did not call the owner about the issue."

"Grateful for this company.  Our refrigerator wasn't working on a 90 degree day.  I had called 2 other repair companies and was told it would be a 2 to 3 day wait.  DH Berry made it a priority to come out today.  They gave me an approximate time and called when they were on their way.  The technician was prompt and polite.  He explained what needed to be repaired and what the cost would be.  The part was right in his truck and we were up and running fairly quickly.
