***This is an update from my previous review and I've upped the grade.  Raymond was away from work for a little while but I've received the receipt.  As I mentioned in my initial review, they did a great job on the trees.

Raymond subbed out the service and the people who trimmed the trees did a great job.  Raymond told me he would email me the receipt and a month later he still hasn't sent it and does not return calls or texts.  I'm splitting the cost of the large tree with my neighbor and I'd like to be able to show him a receipt.

Appointment made within 2 days. arrived early, talked to me first, looked at area and got to work quickly with team, completed tree removal and clean up in less than 30 minutes."

"Brandon and his crew of 3 brothers( not his brothers) came and discussed the plan for the landscaping. 
First, they removed the tree and ground up the roots and stump.  Next, they asked to determine where we wanted the shrubs and started digging the holes. 
They ran into a problem with a confusing drip system and they had to reroute it before they could plant the shrubs.  They asked us to help choose which side of the shrubs we wanted facing the windows.  There was lots of kidding with the three brothers, and it was fun to listen to them. 
Next, they did the removal of the red yucca and then they asked us the deicide which arms of the cactus needed to be removed.
Clean up took awhile and Brandon and us went over the bill because we decided to not have some of the plants put  in the ground at that time.  He gave us the 10% discount on our bill and only charged tax on the plants he had to buy at the nursery. 
We learned some of his background and he was always calm, couteous, and asking for our input.  I told him I had anxiety about having someone I didn't know do the work, but It was an excellent experience and I would recommend him to anyone.

"We had a complete closet demo and remodel.
Complete Tub fixture replacement. 
Downstairs replacement of baseboards of center island & pantry baseboards.
These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.  

---Do not know if this is any relevance or not, but we are an LGBT family and it very obvious to us while making the appointment that this is a Christian organization. This made no difference to us, as we just wanted the jobs completed.---

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. We believe him and want to encourage others to give this company a chance to earn your trust. "

"Called and left messages for call backs many times to schedule Daniel to come back for estimate of trimming cost. The Angie's List Deal was for $200 worth of service. Daniel was to come here at least two times, but did not show up. Finally the third appointment he did come to price the trimming of the two citrus at $75 additional cost. Again it took several appointments for the trimmers to finally arrive and again no phone calls to confirm the appointment.
Their trimming of the trees was more than I had imagined, but I know the trees will fill-in again. The yard was blown clean, also removing dead leaves on the ground.
