Again, it seemed that the pressure output was inconsistent and it took a long time to cut out the roots. At the end of day two a complete final inspection of the sewer line was not done. A little over a week later we had a different company come by for a sewer line repair estimate. Embarrassingly, it was revealed that there were still uncut roots in the sewer line. We had already paid for the work and this unfortunate outcome is currently unresolved."
