I am very happy with the outcome, they did clean the rest of the 2 story house, protected my carpet and deodorized because the previous owners had some sort of beast in the house. Overall, they saved me a ton of money. Instead of having to replace lots of carpeting they were able to get clean the seemingly un-cleanable in most rooms and I have no doubt it was well worth the cost! <br /> I do plan to use again next year! <br />"

"I've had Glass Slipper Cleaning staff clean my house several times now.  The first time was a "deep cleaning" in Aug 2014 after I returned from extended travel.  Oh did my house looks so great when they were done!  The staff was very cheery and professional, they really seemed to love their job.  So I had them come back in Aug 2015 for another "deep cleaning."  Same result, cheery staff, professional job, clean house that literally SPARKLED!  So...I decided to have them come back once a month for a "regular" cleaning (3 hrs).  And I am just as happy.  I honestly don't know how they make my house sparkle each time, but they really do!  I look forward to my house cleaning every month now!! <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"Excellent!  Mrs. Anna is wonderful and very responsive.  I am saddened to see the negative reviews, as it sounds like a misunderstanding because we have used A Helping Hand on numerous occasions to take care of a house we have in Macon. We live in Maryland.  She has always done a beautiful job.  While I am not always there to see the work, my realtors tell me it is great, and on one occasion, I flew down to take a look at the house just shortly after she cleaned it, and it looked great.  Everything was sparkling.  I would certainly recommend A Helping Hand.  I know she is busy, and you have to schedule in advance, which may be the reason for some of the negative reviews on responsiveness, but she has always made time to help us out. <br />"

"We were in need of having the carpets cleaned in our newly purchased home with a short turn around between the prior residents moving out and our move in.  This company was quick to respond, less expensive than one group and more expensive than another.  They were a bit late arriving but I received a call from the owner letting me know they were running late.  They stayed until 7pm or so to get the job done so we could move in the next day.  Nice people - felt comfortable with the workers who were here to do the job.  Appreciated the owner's calls letting us know about the delay as well as following up to make sure we were satisfied."
