From the folks answering the phones (Nicole) to the on-site technicians (Evan was great), we received 100% fantastic, reliable, and fast service. Anthony spent 30-45 minutes on the phone discussing various model options before Evan arrived to take photos and assess the installation. Evan then presented us with clear bids for 2 different model options and returned with a colleague to install the new unit 2 days later. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting a tankless water heater. We also liked how the bid and invoicing process was handled 100% electronically. We also received texts and emails reminding us of the appointments and techs pending arrivals. 5 stars all around!!"

Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

I found Geremi to be extremely reliable, and an excellent communicator via text or whatever. He told me in advance when he would arrive, which he confirmed often, he DID show up on time, the job site was clean and the installation was well done. "I contacted California Drains because my parent's home was completely backed up to the point where dirty water was coming out from the drains inside and outside their home. They promptly answered and booked me in the same day. They were able to contain the water from continuing to come out of the drains overnight and returned the next day first thing in the morning to get the problem fixed. Price was very reasonable, and the workers were very professional. Left everything clean and drains were completely cleared. It has been months since they came and there has not been an issue since. 10/10 will highly recommend to family and friends."
