"Jeff at Eclipse was great to work with! He was my 'second bid' on my work and really stood out from the first bid in all ways. He provided much more extensive information on types of products available and what would work for my home specifically. Jeff's bid was very detailed, separated everything out and included the cost for some of the plywood he knew was rotted. He said that although there can be surprises, his was a 'turnkey' bid. . A portion of my home has a flat roof which roofers typically cover with a roll shingle. Roll shingles however only last 5-8 years, so Jeff ended up installing a TPO roof, which is what they use commercially. Although more expensive, it will generally last 20 years and provides a better seal around structures on the roof. I don't think this is something that all roofers offer. I have a specialty driveway that is only 1 year old, and Jeff took extra steps to prevent any damage. He arranged for a lighter truck to deliver the shingles, which actually had a boom long enough to load the shingles on the roof from the street. He uses a trailer on wheels for the debris rather than a metal dumpster, which helps prevent any driveway damage. I knew I needed to replace some fascia for the guttering, and Jeff was nice enough to bring me the boards ahead of time so I could paint them without getting up on a ladder. My roof was done over a few weeks because of the extensive rain this past summer. Jeff kept in touch keeping me updated all along the way. Because the old roof was not properly installed I had extensive areas of wood rot. Jeff told me after I get it repaired to call him have him check that everything was caulked and sealed properly. It's obvious that Jeff takes great pride in his work and will always be there to address any issues. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product!"

"Excellent. Couldn't be more pleased! Chuck worked with my insurance company to get all siding replaced along with guttering, etc. on the side of the house the tree fell into. In addition he painted the front of my house and the trim (no siding on the front) and the concrete foundation up to where it met the siding on the remaining sides of the house. Chuck is very meticulous and has high standards. He takes pride in his work. He is honest and fair, and made sure I was satisfied with the work being done as it was being done. This was a big job and it was completed in a timely manner. I do highly recommend this man and his company."

"Everything went well. They got our input along the way with details such as whether we wanted to grout the tile and what color. There were special limitations on what tile we could use in our sunroom and they made sure the instruct us on what we needed to get. They were very precise and professional when laying the tile to ensure straight lines. The arch in our kitchen looked better after they were done then before it got damaged by water. The trim around our front door is curved with stucco next to it. We were worried the stucco would get damaged but there were not problems and it looked great. The price was reasonable, the job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. We've already hired them to do additional work and have recommended them to some friends."

"We were told our kitchen would be started in July, then would be started in September of 2014...we had estimate done in May if 2014, so packed up kitchen then thinking it would begin early summer . Then each month I called Mike, numerous excuses of other people ahead of us, head carpenter had accident, then finally week bf Christmas they could do year down! I consented to start after Han 1st. I had to be vigilant with everything they did....a very stressful time....didn't get done until March 2015! There was a knot/hole on the front on one if my cabinets, it was too late to replace piece , since granite was put on. I had mentioned it to head carpenter when he installed them and he said it was just a knot. Obviously poor communication between Mike and workers. Some areas around kitchen walls lacked paint and needed more repairs. The area above the backsplash was expensive 1" glass and flint time, which was applied crooked in areas, noticeable to anyone. The solid vinyl flooring they installed in the small bathroom had several noticeable mistakes: in one outside corner they made 3 slices in the vinyl to get it to fit and cut the threshold area crooked, leaving gaps The wood bifold door was cut over 2" too short. This was the third door they attempted, I should not gave accepted it, but I had Mike cut some wood at the bottom and attach with screws. I had reached the point where I had run out of patience dealing with them. All this time, they thought I was too particular and demanding! I really just couldn't deal with them anymore, so settled for a door that was 2" too short and crooked tile and vinyl floor that was miscut:( I believe from my experience that their name describes what they are, Handy Men, not professionals.. If you are a perfectionist abs expect work to be done correctly, Handy Masters is not for you . <br />"
