"I have to say from the first time I met Alex I knew he was going to get my business. He was the only professional and friendly contractor that respected my home enough to take off his shoes upon entering. We sat down and went over the bathroom renovation project in detail and he stated he would get me an estimate in a couple days. The estimate came and I was very pleased. It had everything we discussed, but I reached out to Alex with questions. He promptly got back and answered all of them, which put my mind at ease. One of the major questions was am able to buy my own items/materials. He agreed and adjusted the estimate pricing accordingly. I signed the contract and begin buying my dream bathroom items.
    When it came closer to my project date, Alex brought the team over to my house to meet me and view the bathroom. We agreed on a time and the morning of the project they were there bright and early. The demo started and I began my journey to my dream bathroom. Everyday during the project, Alex communicated with me whether it was on site, phone call, and/or email. He made sure to tell all of his team members to remove their shoes when entering my house. At the end of the day the team would clean up and put their tools away. Due to unforeseen circumstances the project took longer than estimated time but it was definitely worth it. The team was very devoted and worked 14 hour days including weekends and a holiday to try to get back on schedule. This company definitely lived up to it's name "24/7 Remodeling". Alex and the team let me know of any issues encountered, so I always knew what was going on and could make the appropriate decisions. He handled every minor detail down to the finish of the vanity sink drain. Alex went above and beyond with clean up once the project was complete.
    I have heard many horror contractor stories but I can honestly say this was a pleasant experience. The work looks great and comes with a one year warranty. I would highly recommend 24/7 Remodeling for any renovation project for the home. I have really enjoyed working with Alex and the team and hope to have them work on my half bathroom in the very near future.

"Dan and his son are an absolute dream come true and no one in our family will ever hire somebody else. Are basement was completely unfinished, and in fact had a lot of our junk all over, and Dan was able to listen carefully to our ideas and thoughtfully make recommendations as to what would work best. The end result is honestly so much better than we ever imagined. Our kids now spend a lot of time in the basement playing games and making memories. We could not be happier with our decision to trust Dan, and in fact we miss seeing him like we did during the project! "Mark did an excellent job on the remodel. The house was built in 1820, which presents all sorts of challenges to any remodeling work; Mark managed all the challenges with creativity and experience. He was always pleasant, even when asked to repaint after we didn’t like the color we picked. (He even suggested the perfect color for the area.) The work areas were kept clean, and he always showed up when he said he would and was responsive to texts and phone calls. We liked the work so much that we’re hiring him to do our kitchen remodel in the fall."

Overall, Jesse and his team were wonderful to work with.  They were all very respectful and nice.  The team tried to leave as much as the wiring and the floor as possible, as not to demo everything.  In the demolition process, however, some of the screws for the light fixtures went missing (not a terrible thing, but a small hassle).  The whole process took about a week, and the drain and the walls were fixed.  Our house doesn't smell moldy anymore which is a great plus!  Two small things which bothered me slightly after the fact, was that the foreman, Bryan, said he would return a window insert for our basement window, which he hasn't done yet (it keeps air from entering the basement).  Also, instead of unscrewing some piping around the dryer vent, it seems that they have just ripped it out (but that was an easy fix on our end...we just got a new aluminum pipe for the dryer).

The team put plastic sheeting down to protect the furniture on the first floor where they had to come in and out of to get to the basement (we don't have basement access).  They also did a cursory cleaning before they left each day, which I appreciated.  It wasn't a deep clean, but that wasn't expected either. 

Jesse offered, kindly, to help us find some contractors who could help replace the drywall/studs and retile our floor; however, his contacts were all busy and weren't able to help us.  We ended up contacting some contractors through Angie's list to help us return our basement to its finished self. 

It has been about a week and half after the work was completed, and the system seems to be working (and we have had some crazy rain storms).  Although there is a puddle of water that collects around the lid of the sump pump, which worries me slightly.  I have called Jesse to ask him if that's normal, but otherwise the work was well done!
