I quickly called Vera and from the moment I got off the phone with her, I knew I made the correct choice in reaching to HMS. She made the quoting and pricing process so smoothly. Yesterday, the HMS crew, led by Tony, met us at our storage unit on time and had 2 units loaded within an hour and 15 minutes. My quote was for 7 hours and they were done in under 4 hours. They charged me for the minimum time (4 hours). The team was professional, clean, and so personable! I would recommend HMS to anyone moving!!!"

"To start off, when calling customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. I spoke to a man named Joey. He did not pressure me to sign with them immediately. They welcomed me to shop around if I felt like it, but their price was competitive and lowest out of the 5 companies called. I asked for earliest ability to get my couches moved and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The guys who came in were very courteous, nice and placed my couches exactly where I needed them. No damage happened to my door, walls or tile.
