"I had a leak in my bathtub after a day of cleaning. It was more than inconvenient, so I reached out to Angie’s List and Harold at Zbest Plumbing was one of the recommended on the list. He called me and was extremely friendly and offered to come the next day. I was very desperate and agreed to hold off until the next day so I could compare some prices and clean up after trying to fix the problem on my own. He then offered to come right then and there after thinking about it to at least look at the issue and decided to make me an offer so good I couldn’t turn it down and managed to not only remove the old pipes and shoe that was stuck under the tub but replace the entire system in a matter of hours. "I use them only because they cover my warranty. They give you an appointment for days after you call them you wait days for the part to fix it and to install it. They gave me an estimated time and the repairman shows up later Example: Twice my appointment time was scheduled for 12-4 pm and showed up at 7:00 pm or later . They have been unable to fix the air conditioning unit because of not having proper equipment for making. repair on the truck. The workers are courteous but I have found some operators in the call center rude and unhelpful . Upon warranty expiration I will not be using this company"

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"I used them to install a gas line and hook up a new gas stove. Vince was through and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. I will be using Vince going forward for all of my plumbing needs!"

"I called Pipe Works because the 2nd-floor unit was leaking water from the attic through the ceiling. Pipe Works put in a new unit 4 years ago for the 1st floor completing a fantastic job with no issues so I called them to help with my 2nd floor problem. A representative, "John Sorrentino," came out the same day, and explained we needed to replace the 32-year-old unit, which is what we thought. He explained how we could finance the charges which we needed to do. We also were ready to tell him how our 32-year unit never worked properly cooling or heating the 2nd floor. Before even mentioning this to Mr Sorrentino he already knew the old unit did not have the proper ventilation system and therefore we were probably having issues with the HVAC not cooling and heating the floor efficiently. He was right! We are very satisfied customers with our 1st and 2nd floor units. Their knowledge, expertise, willingness to help the customer and overall service is outstanding. Our experience with Pipe Works has only been awesome. Their quick response, knowledge, clear explanation of work to be completed, explaining charges, caring for required permits, and assistance financing the job. I would not call any other company to handle our HVAC needs."
