Even though this issue was completely unrelated to BPS, we reached out to Victor, and he went above and beyond to help. Victor was incredibly understanding and had his team return the very next day after our replacement liner arrived — less than a week after the tear occurred. To our surprise and appreciation, he did not charge us the full price for the second installation, even though BPS was in no way responsible for the faulty liner. BPS was a pleasure to work with during what was otherwise a very stressful situation. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help truly stood out. I highly recommend BPS and sincerely appreciate Victor’s support and integrity throughout the process."

"Our sales woman Lucia was very helpful and supported us through the entire process. Timing was an issue because of a party we had after being promised a finished date and it couldn’t happen. The distributor was blamed for being backed up on delivering our liner… then the installer promised to be done by Thursday so we could fill and put chemicals in Friday and it wasn’t done until Friday. So we made it by the skin of our teeth. Just didn’t appreciate the installer knowing the time line and promising it, then not standing by his word. It was weird. Liner is beautiful but there is a spot that is pulling and you can see a gap. I hope this won’t cause any future issues. "
