"I was very impressed with their workmanship! I had them resurface my existing wood deck with Trex and couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a trusted contractor who responds quickly, provides competitive pricing, and does the job fast without short-changing quality. The owner Robert, was very patient while I was trying to finalize my decisions and offered his thoughts and provided photos of his projects when he saw I was struggling to help me conclude a final decision. He actually did the job himself and you could tell with his years of experience, he was able to overcome any obstacle and the pride he takes in his work provided quality craftsmanship that is a gem to find in this current environment. I will definitely refer him to my family and friends!"

"DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! In late 2023, I paid them $2000 to replace the roof, fascia, soffit, and gutter on the enclosed porch to my house. At the time, I had no leakage whatsoever. I just wanted to improve the look of my house. I was pleased and even provided a very nice Google review for their business. Fast forward to the blizzard of February 2026- on Friday 2/13, the heavy snow and ice on my roof began to melt & my ceiling started to leak. I immediately called them & spoke with Lee, who requested a video of the damage. On Monday 2/16, two of their employees came out and repaired the exterior. Once they left, I called Lee and asked when the interior would be repaired. I was told to wait for a few days to ensure the leak was completely fixed. After several more days of inclement weather, there was no more leaking. However, my ceiling is steadily falling apart and smelling moldy. They never quoted a repair fee & I haven't heard from them since 3/2. See attached for further details"

"Right from the start, our experience with Fence and Deck Connection was terrific. The sales rep showed us options at various price points and when our initial selection was beyond our means he showed us a less expensive alternative that was perfect. Once the contract was signed and materials delivered, the installation manager and crew showed up on time as scheduled and worked quietly, courteously and very professionally. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. The manager came by daily to inspect what work was done and provided us with an accurate timeline for completion of the work. Every step in completing this significant investment was done professionally. We could not ask for better service and highly recommend Fence and Deck Connection."
