"Cali Power Washing came out today as scheduled despite rain in the the forecast for the day and power washed our deck, basement walkout, and main entrance walkway. Within a few hours, the job was completed to my satisfaction. Well done. Quite impressed with the services provided. Will recommend the company to others. As an added bonus, they even cleaned/power washed the fences around our deck. Highly recommended!!!"

Serge explained exactly what he intended with the fencing project, particularly since there was a slight slope involved and if we were all in agreement. Even questioned size of our dog to make sure any avenues of escape were covered. They were very professional, courteous and extremely easy to deal with at all times. "Mr. Lambert was unable to make his first (power washing) appointment, but apprised me well in advance and came the next day, which worked out fine. He and his associate took great care to protect my stucco walls and my plants while very thoroughly washing the deck. They were even careful to remove items stored underneath the deck to protect them for any water damage. Their staining job was equally conscientious, as there is no telltale stain on my walls, etc. He was even thoughtful enough to screw in a warped wooden step in the midst of his staining. <br /> My rating on price deserves an explanation. I had originally signed up for a special deal with another contractor through Angie's List (but canceled when I got negative signals from the contractor). The deal was for $299 but listed the comparable full price at $700. Mr. Lambert was a bit higher than that ($770) but this was offset by his conscientious, professional work <br />"

"The crew was courteous and on time. I received a phone call 45 minutes prior to their arrival. I could not answer the phone, however, they followed up with a text message after the phone call. After the work was done, they went around the house to make sure the windows were locked and that there were no smears or smudges left on the glass. They even pointed out windows that the seals were broken (haziness between the panes) I will be calling 1st State to clean my windows every spring!"

"Gary did a great job!! The entire deck is now totally clean, and the sides of my house (as well as the 3 dormers) are completely white again. He also cleaned a lot of the gutters, downspouts and the windows. Highly recommended..... very professional job!"

"The service turned out well generally. This is the first time I have ever hired someone to do power washing for me and the areas that they cleaned, they seemed to do well, but there was a lot of the grit of the material that was used in power washing that was sort on the side of my deck and on some of the pool equipment and there were even some rings of it where they sat whatever equipment they used on the deck which seemed to mostly wash of. I did not know if that was common for that type of material to be left over and it could not be helped or if they usually washed that kind of stuff off somehow. So, the concrete looks very clean and I am happy with how it looks, but I am not sure about the stuff they left behind."
