"Impossible to answer questions as nothing as been done yet as waiting list is 12 to 16 weeks out. The measuring for the sunroom was on time as stated during ordering, but the person measuring for the new doors didnt show up for appointment, and after waiting three weeks, I had to call Champion to find out why. Their phone system is worthless and after waiting all day for someone to return my call, I again called. The first call sent me to a mailbox that stated mailbox full and call back. I then called back and had another person answer. She was unable to connect me with anyone (manager) as they never answer her call. Then I called the salesperson who came to our home. He contacted someone and they came to measure for doors in a few days. Every person that I had direct contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Phone operators were also pleasant, but useless to us when they are ignored by company representatives."

"Barry (Owner) listened to what I wanted and was always available if I needed anything. Randy & David (builders/artists!) built an additional deck with my sunroom, cut out a window from my house and installed a sliding glass door and trimmed it out beautifully. They had to move my heating & air duct and made my house better than it was to start with. Their attention to detail and workmanship goes above and beyond. Randy has been with Barry for about 25 years. True professionals!!"

"Allen does exceptionally high quality work at a very good price. Full shower ceramic tile looks fantastic and is a real showpiece. Tile floors and bathtub enclosures are also of the highest quality. Wood floors look great. Allen also completed the job(s) with very little waste product, I was told to order 15% more to account for average waste by the supplier and will be returning about 10-12%. 5 stars!"

"The second phase of my job is to be completed this month. The first phase was installation of new french doors where a window was previously. John was very professional and did what he promised. He had another person with him who was also very good. The jury is out on the electrician. The 2nd phase is building the deck, and we are looking forward to getting that completed. The deck has been completed, and it surpasses our expectations. John and Jeff came as promised, worked steadily, and added professional touches. They were a joy to have at our home, and I think their prices are very fair. I will definitely call on them again."
