Next, the PRODUCT: We are very impressed with the Landmark Pro architectural shingles -- they are solid, attractive, and match our landscape beautifully. Also, the crew was trained by CertainTeed, and it showed: The shingle lines were straight and true, with no defects at all. And the ridge vents are GREAT! We've already noticed how much cooler our attic is. Very nice! And they installed four new Velux skylights -- again, the product is beautiful and the installation was tight and true (no leaks this time!). Third, the PRICE: It was fair and reasonable for the quality of the product and the work done (covering four roofs plus one shed). We have no complaints at all. A fair price for an excellent job. They started scraping the old shingles off just as soon as they arrived at my job site. After all the old worn out shingles were off the roof, the fun began. It was amazing to me to watch a crew member swiftly carry each package of shingles up a very tall ladder to the roof. By the time all the packages were on top of the roof, the barrier shield was laid out. Then each single shingle was laid down and nailed. After all shingles were in place, the crew cleaned up the debris in my yard and in my neighbors’ yards. My new roof looks amazing! Michael contacted me on the day of the install to check on the progress. All went well! I now have a very beautiful roof that I don't have to worry about replacing for at least 25 years. The owner of company came out and gave me a estimate.
