"After trying twice to schedule a repair visit through Whirlpool, I finally joined Angie's list.  I found Crystal Aire, liked the reviews and contacted her.  She scheduled an appointment for a 1/2 hour period the next day and arrived within the time window.  She ordered the part, delivered and repaired it and actually called to tell us she would be a half hour late getting the part.  It was incredible.  This is what service is supposed to be.  I would recommend Crystal Aire to anyone who is looking for REAL service.
