"Used this service through the summer for basic mowing on my yard.  I'll start with the good first.  They definitely made sure that my lawn was mowed once a week.  Now on to the rest.  Asked multiple times to have the crew raise the mower blades so that they weren't cutting my grass so short & to stop edging to the ground around the house & other obstacles.  The mowing issue was that they were cutting the grass so short that it was dying & turning brown.  The trimming was even more destructive.  Basically, they trimmed all the way to the ground so every object they trimmed around now has a ring of dirt instead of grass,  I called & spoke to the owner about this & he said he would speak to the crew to remedy the situation.  Next week, same crew, same results.  Contacted owner again.  Was told that he would address it with the crew again.  Next week, same crew, same results.  
Definitely do not recommend for any lawn service from this company as they have made a wreck of my yard.

"Wonderful!  Best ever.   Robert and his crew were very responsive, hard working, polite and meticulous.  It took two days to complete the tree removal and one day to remove debris and fill the holes with topsoil.  There was no heavy equipment in the yard to run over our sprinklers and tear up the grass.  He gave us the name of the grinder he recommends and contacted him for us so the grinder was prepared to show up the day after Robert finished up the tree removal and he did an excellent job as well.  We have had several tree trimmers over the years but I can tell you with confidence that Robert was the best and in the future, he will be our "go to" man.

"Over a period of a couple of days the Earthwood Arts crew did spring cleanup on the yard, mulched, trimmed lawn edges.  It looks fantastic, and my neighbors continue to make favorable comments.
This is the 4th year that we have worked with Earthwood Arts, and each year they build on what they've done the year before.  They take a definite pride in their work, which is consistently excellent.  And their cleanup is impeccable.
The crew is always friendly and professional, and they all listen intently to comments and questions.  It is a pleasure to work with them.

"Provider did an excellent job!!   The work was delay due to rain, but the owner did an excellent job staying in touch and communicating with us about when he would be coming.  The quality of tree planted was excellent and the owner took the time to explain what we needed to watch for with the tree to make sure it was healthy and how much to water it.  The mulch was of excellent quality and our yard looks great!!
