"Mr. Jose Rodriguez of ROROMAN PLUMBING is very reliable, efficient, punctual, knowledgeable. He fixed the water softener system leakage & a pipe in our backyard that has been leaking too. I am pleased with his professional work. Very polite & answered all our questions regarding the problem. I highly recommend this company. The price is reasonable & I was able to get a discounted price for the service. I will surely rehire mr. Rodriguez in the future"

"They did a decent job, there's just one issue, there's two lines and the other one leaked. They're very responsive though and came out in a timely passion."

"They did a good job, and we were pleased."

"Three men were sent to get everything cleaned up in a day. They also arranged for the plumber to go and make the pipe repair the next morning so that my tenants were not inconvenienced for more than one day. They did a very good job cleaning and sanitizing the area."

"

During the check up, the technician discovered the rod was quite

corroded and it needed replacing.  The rod was quite expensive,

but the tech explained that I could probably find a part online

less expensive, but that Benjamin Franklin's guarantee and quality

was worth paying more.  I have had no problems with the water heater

and will call them again when it's time to replace.

"Great job on the house, they had everything installed in 3 days and once the LAWP Panel from the power company and hooked everything, then everything was working well. they took care of all the paper works and documentation, and everything was done quickly. Best price available for us."

"We have used Duncan Plumbing several times at our previous house and he does excellent work for a reasonable price.  We moved to a new house that has no gas connection for our gas dryer so we called Duncan Plumbing again.  We were not able to pin him down to a time and sometimes he didn't return calls at all.  Meanwhile, the laundry piles up with a disconnected dryer."

"All went well and then some.

"Excellent work, ran a new line from the meter to the kitchen, got done in a day very happy with the results. Would definitely hire again, in fact already planning my next project."

"Great services and will be my regular person for repairs."
