"Incredible group of people to work with!!! They replaced my rotten soffit and fascia, installed new guttering and painted entire surface. Even working in direct sunlight, and extremely high temperatures, they took their time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and every problem that I had was repaired. As impressed as I was with the quality of their work and work ethic, I was just as impressed with the job site upon completion. There wasn’t a nail, sliver of wood or even scraped paint chip left when they finished. During the entire process, they worked flawlessly as a team and as one part of the job was finished, someone else followed with the next portion of the job. I highly recommend all of these people and would like to give a HUGE shout-out to Robert, Brenda and Danielle for putting up with my endless, and probably silly, questions!"

"Willie and his crew did an outstanding job on repairing and replacing our deck. The attention to detail was great. His quote was well within reason for the amount of work done. We will keep his number for any future needs we may need. I highly recommend Casa Grande for deck work."

"Owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and clear with his communication. He let me know when he was coming and leaving or if they would be late, which is something hard to get with contractors lately. He was very upfront with his pricing. I had many contractors give me estimates on my deck replacement project and he was the only one that gave an itemized estimate with clear options and associated labor costs. After choosing his company he made an appointment with us to go over the job details, transactions, and set our start date. I have already asked him to work on another project for me. I was most impressed with his customer service which is something many other companies don't seem to care about anymore."

"He found the leak in the valley between two sections of the roof that nobody else had been able to find Replaced sub flooring above the bathroom vent fan Quality work!"

"I cannot express how easy and wonderful our experience was with Cobalt Roofing and David. Our roof had been damaged during a storm in October 2014. He was present for the insurance inspection and made sure that everything was documented. He also handled the insurance end regarding the cost and making sure we were getting what we needed.
I have never actually use my homeowners insurance, so I was unsure of what to expect. David made the process so simple. He was overly fair priced and gave us multiple upgrades and provided additional services at no cost. He did not require any upfront payment. He was exceptionally professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
The process (with homeowners insurance) takes time, but David was on the job immediately after the insurance approved everything. The men who did the work were efficient, considerate, and hardworking. The roof looks amazing and we are very pleased with the results.
As for the payment process, we did not pay him until after our insurance reimbursement was given to us. He did not pressure or push about anything financial and understood the time frame of using homeowners insurance claims. I was very grateful for how respectful and understanding he was.
Honestly, it was so simple and easy on my end. I kept thinking it was too good to be true, but it was good. I would highly recommend using Cobalt.

"Pro Building handled my niece's insurance claim. She had severe water damage to her house from a HVAC unit malfunction. I referred them to Pro Building because they did work for me before and did a great job for me. Pro Building and their exceptional team came in and not only dried out the property but also moved them out and put them into temporary housing (billed the carrier-not my niece). They took care of everything with the carrier and were able to get everything paid for with them only owing their deductible ($1,000). When I tell you this house turned out incredible, I mean it! They did such a great job! They went above and beyond to help in every way! 10/10 would refer them to anyone needing any kind of insurance claim!"

"Great craftsmanship! Chad was able to remove tons of water damaged drywall and roof decking and seal things up so that it would never happen again! I highly recommend his services"

"So to be honest at first I was a little skeptical, only because he is mostly a one man show, but does have help. The cost at which he quoted me in comparison to what other companies did was actually less than a third of what his competitors wanted, that's what made me kind of nervous, the old saying "you get what you pay for". Joey did a tremendous job!!! The wainscoting looks awesome and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely hire him to build my pergola, he has my trust 100% !!!"
