"West Construction Services quickly responded and accurately identified the problem I was having with moisture. Taylor West demonstrated both skill and integrity. Excellent! I would call them again."

"Mike Pierce was great to work with! He let me know each step what was going on. I had to have additional work or things were not going to happen but he explained why and what I needed and what would happen if I did not do it that way. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone considering or needing foundation work! Two guys were helping him, Lu and Austin, and they were great, they were professional and hard working. Every time I had to deal with them they were polite and a joy to deal with. These three gentlemen are giving the company a good name!"

"Calvin was super helpful in getting us exactly what we needed for our 1903 home. Full crawlspace encapsulation and a repair of a sagging section of the house that was overloaded with a floated concrete floor. He easily could have oversold us on expensive repairs that were unnecessary but he was honest and up front with our issues and reassured us that our foundation was in really good condition for the age of the house. The crew doing the work showed up when they said they would and left the place clean. Highly recommend these guys to get the job done right!"

"This company is owned and run by "old school" professional people who do what they say they will do. Everyone from the office staff to the crew that did the work to the owner Greg McBride were wonderful to work with. I wish I had know about them 4 years ago and I would have used them for everything in and around my home. I trust them and will use them in the future."

"Vanguard Crawlspace is reliable, honest and operate with integrity they are also locally veteran owned. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for foundation/crawlspace work around here. Ryan and Josh always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available and I might say the price was way better than I expected. Ryan and Josh does excellent work and I could not be more pleased with the work he has done on my home my floors where squeaking and had lowspots but not anymore!! They also took care of my moisture problems and remediation of some mold the right way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again gentleman!"
