"I spoke with roughly every foundation repair business within 25 miles of my home, and all gave me vastly different solutions upon seeing my home. Based on the research I did (online articles, reddit, etc.) Russ's solution aligned with everything I was looking for without me having to lead him there. We had new I-beams installed (plus several carbon fiber straps because my stairs hug the wall), new internal drain system, one wall re-aligned (with exterior waterproofing including hauling away clay soil and backfilling with peastone), and tuckpointing. It was a huge job to say the least, but the quality of work done was outstanding. During the job he will call you over to educate you on everything he's doing. His #1 priority is making sure you (as the customer) are 100% satisfied with the work being done. You always have the opportunity to ask questions, alter the solution, or add-on additional work. He has a solution for everything. With all that being said, you'll probably have to wait awhile, and it's on you to keep the line of communication open. My advice to you is if you don't hear from him after consultation/quote, follow up with him, try to gauge when work will be able to start, and follow up as the date gets closer. He runs one crew at a time so that he can oversee the job, he does every consultation/estimate himself, so it's challenging for him to chase everyone down to see if they're interested. Most companies want to get in and out as fast as possible, cutting corners, etc. Russ doesn't operate that way and will make sure the solution implemented is bulletproof. "Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. "Had around 15 cracks injected in my foundation and one rod hole. Only a handful had been leaking but I had all visible ones filled to prevent any possible future issue. It took Andrew 2 visits due to the size of the job- he showed up on time each day and worked non stop to complete the work. I waited to get through some rains to complete this review- since the work was done we have had several heavy rains and one intense storm that 100% would have caused the crack to leak- We have been 100% done dry. Andrew also provides a lifetime transferable warranty on all this work. I could not be happier with the work that was done."

Work was done professionally by Evan's crew within the estimated time and everyone there was very courteous."

"Overall, these guys were great.
Compared to the other quotes that I got, their prices were a bit cheaper and they had excellent reviews so I went with them.
My only gripe would be that they said that someone would be out to give me an estimate in a couple of days, but they didn't come.  Without calling them or anything, a little over a week later, I found an estimate placed in my mailbox.
Other than that though, they did a great job, were there when they said they were going to be and were out of there quickly.
The guy who I assume was the crew leader was really professional and walked around outside with me showing me everything that they did and made sure that I didn't have any questions.
My neighbors seemed pretty impressed as well, so maybe they will use them in the future.
