Later, he was easy to contact, and was able to squeeze the job in on short notice before the weather was too cold for it.  He was happy to show me the work up on the roof when he finished it. I can't comment on whether this fixed the problem of the water drips in the bathroom because there hasn't been extreme precipitation since the job was done. But I am happy with the work thus far.
