A week later, and after someone else (not contacted thru Angie's List) had repaired our dishwasher, we finally received a reply from Quick Fix Appliance Services LLC via Angie's List messaging, expressing their interest in our job. I phoned Quick Fix Appliance Services LLC who claimed that they had received our initial request after a considerable delay ("a software problem resulted in communication delays"). The next day I experienced the same temperature control issues that prompted my original call. I called Justin and a second appointment was scheduled.
