"The tech showed up on time, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I have to say I was on a 1 to 10 with his work a 20. He explained the complete process from beginning to end. And follow the process just as he explained. To my surprise I expected a good job well I was wrong, it was an awesome fantastic job if I did not know better and I was not here I would literally think all the tile was replaced all the tile as well as the bathtub and all of the other areas that he Resurfaced. When I walked into the room and it was done I cannot put into words what I said when I saw it. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of Resurfacing. "After experiencing a few duds to reglaze my bathroom I came across Greg and Next Step Refinishing. From the beginning Greg was helpful and informative. When the job was completed he explained everything thoroughly and was very detailed. My bathroom looks brand new. We went from old 1930s green and black tile to a nice clean white finish. Hi! The cost to refinish a standard 5ft tub in white or off white, would be $399. This assumes that the tub is not a jetted tub has not been done before (if it has, it will need to be stripped, add $100); and that the tub is in good shape structurally (no leaks, major cracks, or drainage issues). If this is a clawfoot tub, the above would apply to the inside only. To include the tub surround or if this is a 1pc fiberglass enclosure unit, add $250. If the work is different (sinks, counters, tile work etc.) we will need details and pictures, if you can. We'll get you a quote quickly. Our tubs come with a 5 year warranty, the job can take up to 4-5 hours to do, and cures in 16 hours to use. We use an acrylic urethane called GlassTech9000 and we also do the caulking, when applicable. We've been in business almost 50 years, refinished over 200,000 tubs, and have an A+ rating with the BBB. "They  were professional , on time and very helpful. We removed a jennair grill and reshaped the island top. They helped us redesign both areas. There was never any pressure and we decided to add the backsplash as well. On install day they were on time, prepared, and cleaned up their mess.
