"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. They quickly determined the flashing of my chimney was probably the reason for the leak, so they gave me a quote to rebuild the chimney flashing for $1300. They were able to do the work that same day, which I thought was great. However, the leak continued, so I moved on to roofers to help figure out the problem. I had 5 different roofing and repair companies come out, and each one said that the flashing on the chimney was terribly done, using a sealant instead of metal step flashing as is standard. I called back Chimney and Duct Experts and spoke with a supervisor. He agreed to come and redo the flashing, but insisted that fully rebuilding the flashing is only done when you get a new roof. Ended up being incorrectly done again, and I'll have to pay someone now to fix it correctly."
