"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."

"Our basement was flooded by a street water main break back in June that damaged 30 year old wood paneling and drywall. Dana took everything down for us, including a hard to disassemble desk that was built into the wall, and put in new insulation, drywall, a ceiling light, tile, bathroom vanity, trim, and new doors. He went the extra mile by taking out an existing door that was not needed and dry walled it for us, painted the wood paneling to match the rest of the rooms that we were going to keep, and even left us the extra paint from painting all the walls and trim. Dana was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He always tried to help my husband and I by providing suggestions and information that we as first time home owners didn't think about. There were 2 rooms a large hallway/stairway and a half bath that were renovated. The job only took 2 weeks and we are very pleased. I appreciated that every time he left our house, the job site was cleaned up. Definitely hiring again to complete other home renovations."

George Andreadis came and gave me a price as well as a pretty detailed and comprehensive overview of the company, their process, my roof, and the cost. He was very cordial and informative...a real nice guy! I felt good about the process and the price when he left so we called to schedule the installation. The crew that arrived were amazing! They were courteous, efficient, and very thorough. Due to my yard and the condition of the roof there was quite a bit more labor involved than anticipated. They plowed right through and made all of the necessary repairs and corrections. Clean-up was treated with as much attention to detail as was the installation. There were no issues whatsoever at settlement time. The price that we agreed upon was the price I paid. During the estimate, George gave me the price for extra plywood that might have been needed and that was the price upon completion. No messing around! We are so pleased with the work performed, George and his crew, and the care we received that we are having them do our gutters as well within the next couple of weeks. "Had an old wooden picket fence that was falling apart. Montco Fence replace the wood fence with a white Vinyl picket fence. The guys were terrific, it was a tough job in that part of the fence went through fairly heavy vegetation that required a lot of work to remove the old fence. We are very happy with the work and results. I would recommend and we will use again when it comes time to replace some privacy fencing we have in the next few years."
