The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. "Great customer service from initial phone contact to visit for quote to installation. Willing to replace broken glazed glass window that no one, other than Pella, would even talk to me about. And Pella stated the entire window, sash, exterior framing had to be replaced. B&K replaced only the window for about 1/6th the cost. Very professional on quoting and installation. Cleaned up meticulously after finishing installation. Would higher recommend them to anyone."
