"I called half a dozen companies, and DB's was the only one able to send someone out on the same day. Trevor worked to understand an unusual problem, and he figured out (after ruling out foundaton issues) that the root cause was not a sewer pipe leak, but an issue brought about by an earlier spillage and a broken dehumidifier. Trevor was very courteous, clear, and helpful. After he pinpointed the issue, he walked me through appropriate next steps I could/should take, and he referred me to another firm to help with mold/renovation issues related to what he examined today. I was very pleased with the experience and cost, and I'd hired DB's again."

"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."

"Tech came out on time. Friendly and courteous. Knowledgeable and helpful. Dealt with immediate issue of clogged sewer pipe. And also identified the reason for the problem, which was the sewer pipe under foundation was cracked and causing the clog. Sent an estimate for cracked sewer pipe repair within about 15 mins, and thus I was able to quickly get the repair work scheduled."

"Mac answered all my questions and explained things clearly. He was very polite."

"Cleared my clog amazing job! Professional sercice."

"⸻ I had a great experience working with David MacClary and his colleague (I apologize for not catching his name). David was extremely professional, arrived right on time, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Both of them were courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They made sure the job was done properly and didn’t rush through anything. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they showed throughout the entire process. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend David and his team to anyone looking for reliable and professional work."

"Bernard with ARS did a great job trouble shooting problem with unit. Offered clear and easy to understand explanation as to what was wrong with unit and provided good advice on repairs. Would highly recommend company. A+++"

"Plumber Cameron Opuda from Michael & Sons Services took on a difficult and overdue sewer fix for Dad. Mr. Opuda had a can do attitude and was super at the turn around time. Great communication from the company as well. Aside: Lesson learned for Dad, never plant trees above any kind of buried lines. They can crush anything. Michael and Sons are not the cheapest rates in town, but the solid reputation with the Home Advisor proved solid. I think the price should be $3500 for a sewer line replacement on a quarter acre, as a standard, but the competition did not have as good a track record and they took many weeks to get back to me on requests. Kudos Michael and Sons Services."
