"We engaged Clean Hands Painting to paint the exterior of our house in the summer of 2018. I was immediately impressed by Junior at our first meeting. He showed great attention to detail and gave us a very fair estimate. Junior and his co-worker, Ephraim, were meticulous and cleaned up after themselves at each step along the way. They were the cleanest painters we have ever had work on our house. They pressure cleaned the house, repainted the wood, the metal railing, outdoor shutters and the front door. They also cleaned and stained the deck, which required replacing several of the boards that had rotted away. They carefully sanded the areas around the windows and repainted them. Additionally, they worked around our schedule, which was a huge help for us. They were responsive to all our calls and texts. The quality of all of the work was outstanding and I would not hesitate to hire them again for any outdoor or indoor project."

"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."

The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."
