I spoke with Andrea who schedules installation and by Saturday I had a new furnace installed by Ivan. I'm telling you I have never been happier with a company regarding efficiency and their friendliness & professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone that needs the services they provide. They keep in touch via phone and follow up with text and emails. As a matter of fact, I will be calling them next year for duct cleaning. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service from the 1st call, to the finished installation...all within 1 week. "I had just posted my house for sale when the AC decided to stop working. I opened Angie's List ready to call all the local HVAC companies to find out which one could come soonest. We already have a showing tonight and didn't want the house to feel like a sauna. I explained this to John, and though he said he was booked out for weeks, he said he'd try to shift things around to get to me by 2PM. He called at 10AM and said he could be here in 30 minutes. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to and work with. He quickly found the problem and had the parts available so he was able to make repairs immediately. I appreciate that he explained how the original installers could have done a better job with the drain line which would have prevented the cause of our outage.
