"If I could give Scott 10 stars I would. He did a beautiful job installing a new kitchen countertop with Wilsonart laminate. He was responsive to all my inquiries and was available sooner and with a better price than anyone else we contacted. He is a one man show, learned his craft from his father and takes pride in a job well done. The seams in the laminate are virtually invisible. We thoroughly enjoyed having him in our home and I would hire him again in a heartbeat."

During the demo part, they ran into some unplanned issues with the flooring, and then later with the tile itself but they always made it work or suggested the best options to move forward. "We got 4 bids for our project and Charles bid was right in the middle of the pack. He had a 9 month lead time when we hired him and we had to put 25% down to hold our spot. It was radio silence for the next eight months which was little disconcerting. I actually texted him 6 months in just to make sure he hadn’t run off with our money (he hadn’t). If you want someone to talk you through each step and hold your hand you should probably look elsewhere. If you want a respectful and knowledgeable professional who takes great pride in his work, then look no further. Once our turn came he was very patient with us and spent as much time as we needed to pick out tile and fixtures, taking us from store to store. He also worked around our schedule to begin work on our son’s bathroom while our son was out of the country to minimize disruption. He has a great relationship with his sub-contractors who always showed up when he said they would and stayed until their job was done (almost midnight for one part!). On our project, Charles right hand man was Justyn, who more that makes up for Charles’ lack of communication. Justyn was very personable and considerate. He never made us feel like a question was a bother and seemed to actually enjoy answering them. Justyn was worth his weight in gold. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Charles had to lean quite heavily on Justyn during our project, but he was more than up to the task. We had one light fixture that took almost 3 months to ship. When they came to install it, about 2 months after everything else was completed, we gave him a list of minor issues that caught our eyes during the wait and Charles arranged for them all to get fixed without batting an eyelash."

"We had the company build a custom entertainment center, we liked it so much we had them remodel our kitchen to match.We had our kitchen Done not to long ago but we loved the look of the work so much we had to do it in our kitchen. We got three bids and there price was in the middle. They told us the job would take three weeks and it took a little over two! They explained the schedule with us at the contract signing and stuck to it. There was some one at our house every day,and they worked at least 8 hours a day. They were very clean. They built custom cabinets, installed a granite counter with undermount sink, and put a stone floor in. Our kitchen looks very custom! We love it and would recommend them to anyone!

"Fine Finish impressed us from the first meeting. Mark provided excellent ideas and drew out some plans while we sat down with him on his computer program, so we could see what things would look like. They were about 2 weeks out on estimates, but Mark referred us to his cabinet builder to work with in the mean time, and he (Cliff) was great. 
Once the cabinet budget was set, the estimate came through within about a week, a few days after the initial timeline, but Mark was communicative throughout and let us know work on the estimate and plans was progressing. The budget came in over budget, so Mark let us know what things we could help with, and provided some other ideas to get within a design we loved, with the cabinet line we wanted, and a budget we could live with. 
I work from home, and from what I could see, the project ran smoothly. There was some dust and noise during the demo, but the team screened off the area so it didn't come into the rest of the house. Mark arrived on site daily, did quality checks, progress reports with his team and provided us with weekly updates. 
The cabinets, countertop and backsplash all work so well together the visual effect is stunning. Friends love hanging around the island (which is a new addition), and we love the extra space. 
Our kitchen looks fabulous and we are thrilled with it.
