He worked very efficiently and came in on the low side of his (very fair) cost estimate range. Luckily he was experienced enough to know that the way I thought it should be repaired was not the safest nor the most effective. His excellent communication skills helped me understand his reasoning and made me very glad he was doing the repair. The company has fast response and easy logistics and deserves six stars. "One of the strangest experiences ever for our family. Ricardo did two large remodeling projects for us, but he left the second one without finishing back deck (we put $3k down) and ignored 100% of our communications for nearly 1 month. We paid Ricardo over $40k between the two projects and it was his responsibility to finish the job and COMMUNICATE with the client if you have other plans. Watch out for this contractor!!! We knew Ricardo and his family (wife and kids) for nearly 4 years and had them over several times. He worked his way into our family, only to take advantage of us. We'll never know what we did for Ricardo to walk away from the project and our lives as he did, but I would never recommend him again and warn anyone of this type of contractor. His 1st two photos posted are the floors he laid in our master suite."

"Had these guys put on a new roof. Roof leaked, toxic black mold where it’s leaked with ceiling damage in one of our bedrooms. Been 3 weeks since they came out to survey the damage. They’ve told me they subbed out the roof to someone else when they did it and they’ve let the other company know. I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."
