After all was said and nothing done my bill came to $307. Technician indicated that it was an extended diagnostic visit. I was shocked and appalled! No tools were used, no repairs were done just the technician speculating on my dime. Contacted the main office and Eva said she would refund me $89 by check. It's gouging and dishonest. If I had known i was being charged by the hour, I guarantee he would have been out of my house 20 mins after he arrived. Im considering contacting the BBB and the attorney general if this is not resolved satisfactorily. I have no problem paying the diagnostics charge of $89 plus tax but not the extended portion."
