"Sales, Office and Installers were all very professional and quick. I am very happy with ALL of the work and interactions with Window World and would do business with them again without question. I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World."

"I used H&F exteriors to redo the complete outside of my home. From top to bottom. My windows were the original windows to the home, now that it is summer time, my AC Unit barely runs, no where near to what it use to. From the window installers, to the guys on the roof during the hot day, and the siding guys. The entire team did a great job. I worked with Jill and she was easy to work with. Highly recommended."

"We had some shingles blow off the roof during the record setting rains in December. There were water spots forming on the ceiling and also a leak near our bay windows so I called Accredited Roofing. The owner, Steve, came over to our house within a couple hours. It was still raining so he came over the following day to get on the roof himself and diagnose the problem. He actually found some other issues with the caulking and seals around some of our windows and where the roof meets the chimney. He took multiple pictures and showed us exactly where all the problem areas were and provided a quote. He scheduled us for the first appointment they had available four days later. However, it was a pleasant surprise when his team worked us in and ended up getting the job done the following day. They even cleaned our gutters out as a courtesy. Steve stopped by a few days later to show us pictures of the completed work and make sure we were satisfied. He was very friendly and professional and was thorough in showing us before and after pictures of where the work had done. I would highly recommend Accredited Roofing to anyone. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future roofing needs."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
