Her customer service skills should be bottled. Justin was my service technician. He notified me when he was on his way and when he arrived and was exactly within the timeframe stated. Justin was masked, professional, polite, and an EXCELLENT appliance repairman. He explained every step of the process and was able to repair my dishwasher door to its prior to functioning glory. I cannot convey how happy this made me. Justin then really made sure it was repaired properly, but all the things back in place, and double and triple the doors functionality, fit, and alignment. He packed up his tools, said goodbye, and was off to his next appointment. I am very pleased with C M All Appliance Repair LLC and recommend them highly without hesitation. "The servicemen responded to the request for repair of my dishwasher within minutes after it was made. They were at my house within 90 minutes of the initial request on a Sunday, which was in itself remarkable. Once at my home, they thoroughly inspected the appliance and diagnosed the problem, after considering various diagnoses. While here, I mentioned that there was an issue with the circuitboard of my oven range, and they took a look at that without hesitating. They determined that I would need to replace the circuitboard, as no particular repair could be made, and then proceeded to look up the part for me from multiple local parts stores. They provided me with the price for the part and ultimately told me that it was an easy installation that I could likely handle on my own, so as to save me the money on labor. They mentioned that if I needed any assistance, that I could call them and they would be happy to walk me through the installation over the phone. After all this, I was only charged a visit fee which was very reasonable, considering it was a Sunday. Overall, Rays reflects itself as an honest, personable, and competent appliance repair company. I ll be recommending them to friends and colleagues, and will personally use them for future repair needs."
