"Ashe & Winkler Restoratiion came to my home and reviewed the various options for roof replacement materials and made recommendations based upon my criteria. I opted for an upgraded Timberline Ultra HD asphalt roofing shingle by GAF along with installation of a roof ridge vent. In addition, I asked for a separate bid for replacing the house gutters. Their team provided me with all the necessary information with no pressure to make a decision. I did take my time and received bids from other roofing companies but none of them provided me with the level of detail in both the materials to be used as well as the bid itself. The crew that installed the ridge vent and re-shingled the roof were thorough and did a good job of cleanup with only minimal damage to my front yard shrubbery. Ashe & Winkler followed up with me in-person to review how the installation went and provide me with guidance on what to do in the event that there were any future problems. The crew that replaced the gutters were just as efficient and thorough. They were extremely thorough about cleanup and I found no damage to my lawn or landscape. Overall, it was a great experience work with Ashe & Winkler. Although they were not the lowest bid, I was extremely satisfied with their no-pressure approach, their level of detail in their bid, the quality of their materials, and their method of installation. You get what you pay for, and I definitely think these guys are worth every penny!"

"After researching many brands of shingles and numerous roofing contractors, we reached out to a few for bids on our roofing job. In our estimation, Coldstream Exteriors and our Project Manager, Brian McDonough, were far and away the most professional and informative of the four contractors that we considered. Brian took his time to explain our options, discuss the pros and cons of two featured shingle brands, and recommended a solution to my concern of inadequate intake ventilation in our attic with a hip roof with no soffit. Nobody else suggested that we consider edge vents to bring in more fresh air at the lower edge of the roof. I had a lot of questions about the materials, the venting and warranties and Brian responded to my numerous emails promptly. The installation crew arrived early in the morning and went to work right away. Brian was on site a number of times during the day to make sure that everything was proceeding well and was meeting my expectations. The crew worked efficiently and the entire roof, along with a very thorough clean-up, was completed by mid-afternoon. Although the bid from Coldstream Exteriors was not the least expensive that we received, it was very reasonable and we are quite pleased with the finished product. Our new shingles look great and we expect them to last for at least 30 years, which is longer than we expect to be in our home. We will likely be doing more exterior improvements next year and will certainly be looking to Coldstream Exteriors to replace our facia, siding and gutters. We highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors for roof replacement."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
