"Winston responded quickly to my purchase of online deals and came out within 2 days to do the repairs.  Called before arriving, which was appreciated.  Replaced the two outside faucets and then fixed the kitchen water feed line valve as well - he didn't know about my request to fix this until he arrived, but he said it was no problem and fixed it for me.  He and his assistant were both very pleasant and efficient and I enjoyed having them do the work.

"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "This was a big deal purchase. I was not happy with that deal at all. I think that the advertising on this is extremely misleading. It's suppose to be a $39.00 service call and $39.00 off. As it turns out, he says, and this is certainly not clear in your advertising that it is $39.00 for a service call and $39.00 for a return visit. Based on his prices, there will never be a return visit. I mean, if I'm getting a $39.00 service call, and it's a relatively simple job, I wouldn't expect to cost me almost $200.00 more for him to do what he did. His prices are crazy. It turned out not to be a good deal. If a service call is $39.00 and someone is there for an hour, or less than an hour, probably close to thirty minutes. How much would you expect that to cost you? The service call is already paid for as part of the deal. I just think his prices are crazy. I don't remember what the total was, it was around $200.00.  It ended up costing around $200.00, I had to argue with him on that. He wanted to charge me another $75.00 for installing one little piece of pipe. It was really kind of an optional we might as well change this while we're at it. I'm not trying to be cheap in any way, shape or form but, I think his prices would have been high if I had not paid for the big deal. So, the big deal turns out to be nothing. Signup and basically get nothing. I don't have any problem with the quality of service but, his price is what's crazy. No other real comments other than that. My interaction was fine. The work that was done was fine. There was nothing exceptional, nothing that was poor. Nothing beyond what you would expect from an ordinary situation."
