"They were reasonably priced but I'd recommend skipping and saving yourself the heartache. I was having issues with the radon mitigation system they installed. After a few days of calling and leaving messages I had no response. Then we finally figured out when they installed the system it only received power when the light switch was on...instead of wiring it to run all the time. Still no response back from them and I am paying to fix the issue myself. Do not go with them."

"I had called Kinetic Basement Solutions because one of my two sump pump pits began filling with water. The pits had no pumps and very little water in them for years but that all changed recently. The team assessed the situation and installed two pumps, one in each pit, along with exterior drainage basins and I no longer worry about the water. They performed the installation about a week after I told them I wanted to move forward and they were nothing but professional. The installation inside was done well and there was no cleanup I had to do when they left! Outside, I had one minor aesthetic concern that was addressed immediately the following day.
