The company was very timely in reaching out to me and having Mitchell come to my house to look at my space, look at materials and colors, and provide a quote. Work was quoted to start in 3-4 weeks, and that was right on time as well. My deck was torn down and completely replaced in two days. The crew was kind, respectful, and efficient in their work. They left my new space very clean and had me look at the work before they all left. Mitchell was out both days to check in on his crew and pitch in where needed. "Hired to replace my existing plaster ceilings with drywall, replace the old blown insulation in the attic with batt insulation, install a new ceiling fan including wiring, and rewire an existing ceiling fan. Juan and his guys are efficient and professional. They always showed up in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up the work area every day before they left and cleaned up at the end of the project. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Jason, the owner, is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again in the future and highly recommend them."

"We were initially Very happy with the work All-State Exteriors did on our roof this summer after some wind and rain damage caused leaking in our home. We experienced additional leakage after they had completed the roof and answered in a timely manner to repair the vents in our bathroom causing the leak. While initially doing the work on our roof, two of the guys asked to come in to look in our attic because they accidentally pulled out the roof jack, but we don't have an attic because it is a modular home and there is no access panel to the piping they accidentally pulled apart. They told us they were pretty sure they fixed it and we shouldn't have any issues. This should have been a red flag to us. As we enter the winter months, we turned on our furnace and it isn't working right.we call an HVAC company to come take a look and they verify there is nothing wrong with the furnace and ask if we had any roof work done recently. When we tell him we had, he looks at the roof jack and tells us that there are definitely issues with it and we should call the roofing company back to fix it as they should be insured against any damages they cause while working. We called a representative who we had worked with when we had the first issue after installation and he came out. He was here for approximately 20 minutes and told us it had to be with the piping and we would have to cut access to fix it and once the piping was fixed he would come out and replace the roof jack. My husband later that day cut an access point and nothing was wrong with the piping, this was confirmed by HVAC personel. My husband calls the same representative to let him know the piping is fine and the representative says he would be out Wednesday to fix the roof jack. It is Wednesday and by 1PM no one has came so, my husband calls the representative to confirm he was still coming out. This representative then says "Oh my manager forgot to call you let me have him reach out." When the manager calls my husband explained the situation and the manager asks "Why do you think that's our problem?". After more of a conversation as to why, the manager told my husband he would talk it over with the initial representative and call back. We are going on 4 days of using space heaters and no solution while the manager "talks it out with the workers because they are saying that didn't happen". Well, the manager called back and his solution was "If you buy a roof jack we will install it because my guy said that did not happen". My husband and I were both home when the installation was done and both know that there were 2 men looking to get in the attic because of accidentally pulling out the roof jack. I understand that you are roofers, but if you mess something up, fix it. Don't put that burden on your customer who trusted your company to do the work and not mess with anything else. I am highly disappointed in how this situation is being handled after a great first impression"

Our main project was to install a portable air conditioner in a room with a casement window. We thought we would have to replace the window with a full-sized traditional window. Joe saved us an incredible amount of money by suggesting, and installing, a much-less-expensive option that works just fine. Furthermore, Joe readily agreed to another project and built a new picnic table bench to replace our dilapidated one and shored up our other bench.
