"Nightmare experience with these guys -they?re extremely unprofessional. #1 Sales team didn?t inform me of all my options for HVAC repair. Promised I?d be taken care of when furnace went out in the dead of winter but they couldn?t get out to see me for another 4 days without heat. House got down to 40 degrees!! #2 Technicians informed me that what I wanted to do involving Furnace and AC replacement would be an upcharge.. management consented but they would have to come back a separate day to finish#3 On the day they were supposed to come back the never called or showed up? I was never put on the schedule. They had to come back again #4 They finally finished furnace and Ac replacement.. but I called for a plumbing issue a few weeks later. And they called to say they could no longer make it out to me? reschedule yet again! And even though I paid for their membership it?s not showing up on my account People have lives that they put on hold to take the day off of work, will NEVER use again"

"We just had had to have a new furnace put in because of course when it was very cold ours went out. We called Logan and they came out the next day. Ryan was very nice he walked me through everything we would get how it worked and how much it would cost. Once we decided on what we wanted they fit us in right away. Kyle Q and Hakim were at our house all day and finished in 1 day. They were very nice cleaned up everything and the Kyle went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything! They have all been very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone!!"

"I cannot begin to say how amazing this company is. I was recommended this company on Facebook. I called and was told I would have a technician at my house at 9am. The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. Excellent work completed by Tim and his team, all whom were very professional and very trustworthy. With Tim you get the bonus of having a friend also. Work area was thoroughly clean after each step. "Cabinets were high quality, workers were friendly but under stress due to what they called a work model. They ran into a couple of things that slowed down the work and took unnecessary short cuts. Dry wall was not all replaced where needed, dry wall mudding was a little sloppy and sanding was sloppy due to pressures of time. For the price that was paid the over all product was less the desired. A leak in a plumbing connection caused water damage to a downstairs bathroom ceiling and the repair was sloppy and the ceiling was left unpainted and spotted. The staff was under undue pressure to finish on Friday as the end of the week came so a new job could be started elsewhere the following Monday. While the workers were friendly and attentive the completed job has numerous flaws that are visible. The electrical work was excellent as was the installation of cabinets and counter tops. Until this company upgrades the over quality of work and allows extra time to properly complete a quality job when unforseen issues arise I would not recommend and felt we were overpriced due to the overall quality of work performed."
