Marco ended up installing the water heater first thing Monday morning after the part that was ordered didn't remedy the situation. Marco was pleasant, and effecient. He was concientious and went over usage with me afterwards. Shane was quick to stay in touch and follow up as well. Would highly recommend"

To date, the company has grown to consist of 11 full time employees (5 Project Managers / 4 Assistants), 1 Sales Consultant and an Office Assistant. The goal of All American Home Remodeling, Inc. is to keep the lines of communication between the remodeler and the home owner open so as to keep the flow of the job on schedule and so that the customer is 100% satisfied at the completion of the job. All American Home Remodeling's success is driven by reasonable pricing and quality work that is done in an efficient manner. The work crew are all employees, Chris the owner does not use subcontractors making scheduling and accountability issues non existatant. Our lead, Jay Montgomery, was always on time. He was so meticulous in his work making everthing he did perfect. Each day he left the job clean and picked up. He always listened to our thoughts and problems and fixed them as did Chris. He made sure we were comfortable replacing our toilet each day so we didnt have to hike down the hall at night. He also reinstalled the sink and cooktop after the countertops were removed for our comfort, we were never without a kitchen during the remodel. We also replaced our floors with luxury vinyl and the installer Jared did an outstanding job. Mike, Jay's apprentice also showed an excellent work ethic and attention to detail. We highly recommend All American. Our neighbors have contracted with them also for a similar remodel which speaks volumes."
