I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed. We also received a little on-the-job training to operate the thermostat. Not rocket science, but thermostats do tend to be more sophisticated these days. In addition, Logan took care of all the paperwork associated with DP&L and Vectren rebates programs; we already received the checks.
