"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"

"Installation progressed on time. Two issues I was disappointed with was that I had cement board for below the tile but he installed plywood under the shower instead of using cement board throughout. Also he moved the heater/air conditioning vent down in a very sloppy manner so the cover did not fit well.

"Were true to their word. Did quality work at a reasonable price. The only surprise was a contractor that was upfront and accommodated to this customers needs. Refreshing!!"

"EA homes did a great job siding our house. They came in on budget, were polite and were careful not to hurt any of our plants around the house. A couple things needed to be touched up afterwards and they came right out the next day and fixed them. I give them high marks."
