Communication with Bridges was prompt and efficient. Whether email or phone, I received a response in less than 24 hours. While the project was underway, easy communication via text and phone with the Project Lead Carpenter. The quote was detailed and included pricing options based on materials. I found this approach very efficient and negated the need to requote the individual items. And important to us, no sense of up-selling as this was simply a "laundry room". Great design guidance from Bridges. The suggested local vendors for plumbing, paint, flooring and counter tops provided ample choices. As the project progressed, the team suggested various improvements which made perfect sense while the project was underway. Again, no sense of up-selling, but suggestions that come with experience. A great example is the ceiling lighting, the under-cabinet lighting and installation of dimmer switches. Addition input for the understair storage access resulted in a "better than expected" final result. And finally, the detailed installation of the flooring, the cabinets and finished carpentry, along with the final painting were all crisp and meticulous. The professional level of craftsmanship in this laundry room would display beautifully in any kitchen project. Overall, I would whole-heartedly encourage anyone to work with Bridges on their home remodel project. The team is a wealth of knowledge and experience. "Posted my request on Saturday, received a call on Sunday, and had a tech on site Monday afternoon. He came knowledgeable and prepared for the job and, once he found a suitable replacement for the pump, had the system up and running in only a couple hours. He bolstered my self-esteem in pointing out the joiner that I couldn't get to budge was cemented in place by the installer. Reasonable price for replacement, as sumps are expensive, and he even rolled my hose back up after we used to prime the pump. Service oriented team!"

We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. "Tom and Steve are fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I first met with Tom to start discussing plans I had several ideas and he was very honest about how far my budget would go and what I could actually do to maximize space. During demo they were always very prompt and kept the work site clean. They replaced all of my old plumbing, and because I discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen they ran plumbing to where I want to move my fridge in the future. They also discovered many issues with the existing wiring, which they replaced and also explained very clearly what the issues meant and how they were going to fix it. I had a steam shower installed and used tile to do a wainscoting in both bathrooms. They did a wonderful job tiling, especially since it is an older home and they were single lay 3x5 tiles. Also the bull nose tiles I purchased wouldn't work and they came up with a solution on the fly that I absolutely love. They were also very good about responding promptly to questions. I would absolutely recommend you work with these guys they did a fantastic job and I will definitely work with them again.

"When trying to get a new water heater installed in my house, I was initially nervous about hiring. When the guys showed up to the job, they asked me thoroughly what I wanted out of their services. We talked about a few different options, the price for each option, and which would be the easiest to hardest. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and any nerves I had about the job were gone. Within a week of my decision, the guys were at my house and finishing the job. When it came to professionalism, knowledge, and general zealousness to do a great job is sufficient time, I wouldn't recommend anybody but F.B. plumbing."
